Deskworks has a new look!

Our refreshed brand brings together an updated logo, new colors, and a redesigned website that better reflect who we are and where we’re headed next.

A Bit of Background

Deskworks is built by space operators, for space operators. Our founder, Barbara Sprenger, opened her first coworking space more than 15 years ago and developed Deskworks to solve the challenges her team was facing day to day.

At the beginning, we weren’t trying to build software for an industry. We were trying to solve the problems right in front of us, and that shaped everything about Deskworks. We knew the software had to be flexible, automated, and simple to use. We wanted to be a part of our community, not stuck behind a desk.

That operator-first perspective still guides everything we do today.

What’s New

Here’s a look at what changed.

Logo

The new logo is simple and sophisticated, but still recognizable. We retired the rocket ship icon and updated our wordmark with a new font, while keeping the two-toned black and green for the primary variations.

Our goal was to refine without losing familiarity. Deskworks has been shaped by years of experience and continuous improvement, and we wanted the new logo to carry that legacy forward.

Colors

We leaned further into green, not only for continuity and distinction in the coworking software space, but also for the sense of vitality, growth, and balance it brings. Our logo green remains, now paired with a vibrant accent and a deeper shade for stronger contrast. Our other colors have been softened to add warmth and keep the playful spirit of the brand.

Together, the palette feels familiar but more dynamic, with the depth, flexibility, and personality to reflect both the product and the people behind it.

Website

Our new marketing site makes it simple to understand what Deskworks offers and how our tools support the everyday work of running a coworking or flex office space.

We updated the site to speak more directly to operators, with clearer product pages, more detailed pricing and features, and dedicated pages for different space needs. We also added a new integrations page to highlight the tools Deskworks connects with and the products we trust to work well alongside our platform.

The site brings our resources forward, so it’s even easier to find practical guidance, explore helpful articles, and connect with our team. Overall, it’s designed to feel more useful and better aligned with the way operators evaluate software and seek support.

Built for Where the Industry Is Going

How people work is constantly changing, and the flex space industry is becoming more central than ever. As markets grow, operators are becoming more intentional in how they design and service their spaces. It’s no longer enough to offer a desk, WiFi, and free coffee (if it ever was).

That evolution is part of why we refreshed our brand. We wanted Deskworks’ visual identity and messaging to reflect not just what we offer, but how we think, what we value, and the kind of partner we strive to be.

Being operators ourselves, we’ve long seen this moment coming. Much of our team has experience running and working in coworking spaces, and we bring that firsthand perspective to sales, onboarding, support, and product development. Our hands-on, consultative approach helps us stay close to operators, understand where the industry is headed, and build software that flexes for different spaces, models, and use cases.

Work will keep changing, and so will the spaces that support it. Deskworks is built to adapt with operators, so they can focus on their business and the unique communities they create.

What Comes Next

This refresh marks the beginning of Deskworks’ next chapter.

We’re continuing to develop flexible, easy-to-use solutions that support operators, their teams, and their members. That means ongoing improvements to automation, accessibility, integrations, product experience, and the everyday workflows that help spaces run more smoothly.

“This new chapter isn’t just about how Deskworks looks—it’s about what we’re building toward. We’re laying the foundation for a more complete, connected platform—one that brings more of the operator’s workflow into a single, cohesive experience.”

— Reed Thompson, CEO
