The integration ensures that customer accounts, along with their up-to-date contact information, seamlessly sync between SphereMail and Deskworks. This guarantees accuracy and consistency across both platforms.
New customer sign-ups on either SphereMail or Deskworks are now effortlessly reflected in both systems. This ensures that coworking spaces using both platforms can efficiently manage and nurture their growing member base.
Active SphereMail plans are now listed within the Deskworks member portal under the Virtual Membership category. This integration provides coworking space operators with a comprehensive overview of their members' virtual office services directly within their primary management platform.
Customers' new pending invoices, generated through SphereMail services, are now automatically mirrored in Deskworks. This streamlines the billing process, allowingcoworking spaces to maintain financial visibility and manage invoicing seamlessly. SphereMail will automatically and periodically export all/any pending invoices for connected customers to Deskworks, where you can find them listed in your invoice log and decide how to process them on Deskworks as needed. Additionally, all exported invoices are automatically closed on SphereMail once they're successfully added to your Deskworks log.
